Clarissa Higton

I moved to Bozeman from Memphis, TN in 2003 to attend Montana State University. At MSU, I earned a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology in 2009. I continued my education at MSU in 2012 with the completion of a post baccalaureate in Clinical Laboratory Sciences 2013. 

In addition to my education, I have over 20 years in customer and client service. Helping people has always been a passion of mine and I also possessed a keen interest in real estate. Studying the real estate market had been my hobby for many years. 

I switched gears in 2017 to work real estate full time to fulfill my desire of helping people navigate through buying, selling, and investing in property. Over the last 19 years, I have watched this amazing valley grow in infrastructure and community. Montana is so blessed to possess vast lands with a little something for everyone of every age and every season.

Education and community outreach are also huge passions of mine. I have been a member of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Committee since 2018, serving as Chair for two consecutive years. I also sit on the Gallatin REALTORS® Charitable Foundation Board of Directors. Through both Board and Committee, our focus is on education, networking, and community support and service. It has been an honor to be part of both.  

I spend my free time enjoying the outdoors: farming, raising animals, hiking, camping, rafting, dirt biking, and snowmobiling with my husband, daughter, family and friends. We know first hand that there is no better place to raise a family than  Montana!
